Meet Our Team

Michelle L. Hadley, DO, FACC has been a Massachusetts Board Certified community cardiologist for 7 years. Dr. Hadley’s passion for complete patient care has been evident not only in her clinic but in her community outreach, legislative involvement, program development for improved access to care and unremitting mentorship.

Dr. Hadley is the Designated Institutional Official, past Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation, Associate Dean of Medical Education UMASS CHAN, and member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Saint Vincent Hospital. Dr. Hadley has developed and led; the Women’s Health and Lifestyle Center as Co-Chair; the Adult Congenital Heart disease and Cardio-Obstetric Clinics at her institution, advancing access to care in the community. Dr. Hadley has been involved with the ACC and AHA for over 9 years. She has been an active central MA AHA board member, acting as past president, Chair of the Heart Ball, Chair of the Heart Walk and member of executive committees. Dr. Hadley is a passionate member of the ACC, she is the central MA representative to the MA Chapter of the ACC, acting as past Co-chair for the Women in Cardiology committee, current chair for the Legislative committee MA ACC Chapter and ongoing mentor.

She has collaborated with the current and former Governors in chapter growth, development, education and outreach. She has been dynamic in advocacy for the ACC and has represented MA for the 9 years at the ACC Legislative Conference in Washington. Dr. Hadley is Governor Elect for the MA ACC, which will bring her to a national ACC platform, representing MA. Dr. Hadley has been involved with the WDMS and MMS for 13 years, currently acting as secretary of the WDMS and chair of the membership committee.

As the DIO and an active faculty member in her institution, she ensures quality education, diversity and inclusion as well as a sense of community in MA.
